Encore Divisional Workforce Manager- Las Vegas in Las Vegas, Nevada
Key Job Responsibilities
Workforce Demand Planning
Work directly with regional sales teams to understand future event demand in assigned markets
Work directly with Production and Venue Teams to ensure that labor planning is taking place for all appropriate events
Evaluate the needs of the assigned markets, identify high volume periods, and work on solutions to satisfy the demand
Approval Manager for markets that need to request outside labor resources and use of overtime
Reporting and Data Analysis
Create regional reports and make recommendations regarding actions that should be taken including staffing level changes, training, and other actions to improve labor performance
Be a subject matter expert for all workforce related reporting, including Ecliptic based reporting
Workforce Related Systems and Process
Direct the region to use all scheduling systems, tools and process effectively
Be a subject matter expert for Navigator Workforce
Understand and implement the LEAP scheduling process
People Management and Development
Directly supervisor the Workforce Coordinator(s) for assigned markets
Promote and reinforce a positive working environment centered on Encore core values
Manage human resources related issues including performance management, salary administration, and training and development
Provide focused and continued coaching to develop the skills of the Workforce Coordinator(s)
Job Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience
5+ years of Labor Management experience
Demonstrated leadership and management skills
Strong written and verbal communication, interpersonal, and customer-service skills
Ability to successfully interact and support all levels of management within the organization
Strong analytical ability
Regional Management Role/Multi Location Management Role
